DeskPDF Pro combines an efficient drag-and-drop interface with some useful features, but the limitations of the trial version are significant, and there are free programs with many of the same features. Once installed, DeskPDF Pro appears as an icon in the Windows system tray; clicking it brings up a small interface onto which users can drag files for conversion. This launches a window in which users can browse to the desired destination location and configure the conversion options; clicking the Advanced check box opens an expanded menu with tools for adding metadata, changing security settings, and customizing the way the PDF is displayed. The program comes with a thorough PDF Users Guide, but most users should be able to figure out its features without too much guidance. Although we liked DeskPDF Pro overall -- it was easy to use and gave us plenty of control over the conversion process -- the trial version of the program only allows users to convert five files before it starts placing watermarks on the bottom of each page. DeskPDF Pro installs politely but leaves a folder behind upon removal.

Do not download" "Waste of money! I tried the trial which only does one page unlike most others that have a time period.
Once I bought it I found it turned forms into negative images during the conversion to Word Doc i. Customer support? I emailed them twice and got no reply. There is no phone number listed for the company listed anywhere. I then found another program PDF Typewriter and bought that to accomplish my task. It works fine.
Hope this helps someone! Read replies 2 Reply by docudesksales on May 18, This customer posted a trouble ticket at pm and stated that we provided no customer support. Our support response is 24 hours and we contacted him within 4 business hours 11am next day with a response.
Further our phone number is posted on the same contact page as customer entered support ticket. A simple setting would have fixed the issue, but refunded customer per request. He said they had a 30 money back policy but he told me did not like my review as it was bad for business.
When I told him it was my review the offer for the refund vanished! I plan to write the company hoping it is more than a one man show.
