Take out worn out sample, use the ultrasonic cleaner wash 20 min,then flush with pure water.

Then use acetone solution immerse sample 20 min. After immersing dry using the blower, at 50 deg C for 1 hr. Let material cool to room temperature. Weigh worn out sample quality, then calculate wear rate. Note: Once a repeated test need replace slurry, to reduce sample wear measurement error because of different the sand grain size and sharp degree.
